At High Performance Cricket, we are building the best cricket performance training program in the world—and every day, we take a step closer. I started this because too many talented cricketers (including myself) were falling short and were not reaching their goals. Not because they did not care or not traininfg hard , but because they were following the wrong plan or their training was not actually making them better. So I built something better. A system built on performance, not fluff. We coach athletes first—fast, strong, powerful, and fit—and then we help them thrive as cricketers. Every program is individualised. Every session has a reason behind it. Whether it is strength, speed, movement, recovery, mindset, or cricket-specific skills, we train with intent so you actually get better.I do not just want to make you stronger—I want to help you become someone you are proud of. That means mentoring you through the hard moments, coaching your mindset, refining your cricket technique and game awareness and making sure training is something you look forward to, not just get through. We do not do things just because “that is how it is always been done.” No junk volume. No drills for no reason, No time wasting. How the Sessions Run
In the gym, you will be training in small groups alongside other cricketers, creating the best environment in the country for players serious about getting better.
You will be on your own individualised program, tailored to your needs, with 1-2 coaches on the gym floor at all times to guide you. Each session takes about an hour to complete, giving you the flexibility to start at any time within the listed time slots—perfect if you are coming from school or work.
Unlimited access to all gym, sprinting, and running sessions means you can train as often as you need to maximise your progress.
